This company managed an AirBNB we stayed at and made no effort to help us with a problem we had with the master bedroom bed at our condo. They never replied to my any of my follow up requests during our 5 night stay until after we left. So, we had a broken bed for our 5 night vacation. They still have done nothing and made no effort to correct the situation. I will not give this company any business again.

Danny Grimsley did sell our condo within a day and handled the whole selling process, paperwork and sellers and buyers requests within no time. He was always available and did an outstanding job.

I have been using Oceanfront Guru for 6 years. They have many options in Condos and are very competitively priced. I have had other Snowbirds check them out and they have switched to them and have been satisfied. I have worked with Ashley and Linda and both have always been helpful.

Anthony Girard at Guru had numerous properties lined up for showing the few days we had down in Myrtle Beach with rental histories going back 3 years. He was informative of what kind of renters each resort specialized in, the popular and the quiet areas of the strip. We easily found the one we wanted but couldn't get in to see it so Anthony arranged for us to see an identical unit. We had an accepted offer the day before we left. Anthony provided lists of law firms and inspectors and followed up with us on a regular basis until closing. He even went and took detailed videos of the condo we bought on his own and sent then up to us. My children and grandchildren are so excited! Thanks Anthony!

I stayed at one of there resorts and its a beautiful resort but it had roaches! a lot and they were climbing up the walls and all in the pots and pans. when i bought food into the resort they immediately ran to it. The pull down bed had roaches in between the creases. I call immediately and they sent someone out the next day but it made things worst. when I tried to file for a partial refund due to the inconvenience of ROACHES they declined it and said because they sent someone out to spray. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! $857.00 down the drain.

Great stay at Brighton Tower 101, Kingston Plantation. We had to reschedule due to Covid concerns and were treated very fair regarding that. The room was very nice. Great view, nicely decorated and updated features. It could use a few more kitchen necessities but overall a very nice stay. Linda was especially helpful.

I Definitely do not recommend this company. I have stayed in many air bnbs and have always had good experiences until now. I have left positive comments most of the time and not just complaining here when I say this place was disgusting and my experience with them since I have left has been unprofessional. They have not taken any responsibility for the dirty moldy room. They lied saying that I did not report the problem right away, when actually I called twice within ten minutes of being in the room. They flat out stopped responding to my correspondence when trying to rectify the situation after the stay. They also lied in their response to my rating on air bnb saying I waited two days to bring anything to their attention, when as I stated I called them twice after getting in the room. In the room we stayed in, The bedding had mold and stains on it, the air conditioner was covered in mold. The balcony was not kept up. The resort itself is an old resort that is not Maintained well with roaches in the elevators and nasty carpet leading to the rooms. This is a company who has a bunch of units and is only in it for the money. They did fix the bedding right away but did not offer to fix the mold on the air conditioner and then blamed me when I requested some of the cleaning fee back saying I did not send pictures to them in time. I was only told to send pictures of the bedding. (The bed spread was the same in the original listing so my guess is before I said something, it had never been changed). I hate that i am writing a negative comment, but Definitely look other places & do not trust this company. This seems to be a theme amongst guests if you look at other reviews.

I paid the balance on my vacation rental in full when I booked my stay. After my stay, OG charged me the full amount again. They have been working with me to get the money back into my account. However, when they mistakenly charged me the second time, they cleaned out my account and reeked havoc on my finances. This was for a 3 day vacation and I've spent 3 days on trying to resolve it. The room was alright, but wasn't the same as the picture. Different decor and looked way bigger in the pic online. Ashley and Matrix at OG did stay on top of the issue, but if you're on a shoestring budget like me, you cannot afford this kind of mistake.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS SAD EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY. There was a discrepancy between the rental agreement and the cancellation policy listed on Vrbo, which was a SELF ADMITTED error on the end of the rental agency!!! However, they refused to provide us with the 50% refund that was listed on the VRBO website as the cancellation policy by a particular date. We were told that we would receive the refund by a property manager due to the error on their end, but then the agency WENT BACK on their word and refused to provide us with the refund claiming a ?glitch? was responsible for the inconsistencies. Nasty employees, horrible customer service, and extremely unethical business practice. So, as a result we have suffered because of their negligence, and false advertising on the Vrbo website, which FYI is manually entered by the RENTAL AGENCY THEMSELVES. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Save yourself the aggravation, and disorganization, and rent somewhere else with more honest and consistent business practices. IF I could give negative stars, I would.

Recently rented a condo from this company via the Camelot by the sea room 605#. We arrived at room to find it in total disarray. No cleaning had been done before our arrival even with Covid being so prevalent. Walked into room to find a recliner chair with entire bottom ripped off laying on cushion, pull out bed full of sand and debris and completely broken medal parts, main carpet with soil stains , kitchen counters stained from previous guest I assume, old food and terrible smell from fridge, gets better when we looked at beds all the comforters were stained with black grease and kool-aid as we pulled back those the sheets definitely had not been changed sand and stains from who knows what on 2 of the 3 beds. Called property management spoke to (ASHLEY) who said she was a manager and was told someone would come clean but after 1.5hrs had to call back finally someone showed up to clean but didn?t have bedding called back again was told to wash them our self cause they didn?t have any, mind you the unit only had a very small washer. After 5-6 more calls eventually was brought out comforters. Only positive thing I can say is the maintenance guy who came to fix bed was great and could not believe the condition of room so much that he took his own pictures and sent to the property management. So after 3.5 hours of arriving and having to sanitize room our selves we were never called by Ocean front Gurus , so we called and sent pictures and have still yet to speak with anyone about the horrible conditions. We will never rent from them again and if you?ve read this far please don?t make the same mistake book direct it?s not worth the little savings.

Great Management Company! We were a little hesitant to book due to some of the negative remarks, however, Contrary to all the negative remarks we received our check-in info two weeks prior to arrival. We arrived at the OFG office at 10 PM and found our packet waiting for us in the Box along with several others. When we got to our unit the place was clean and ready for us. Great View and the price was really good. We did have one maintenance issue and they responded the next day. Their maintenance guy came out and fixed the handle to the sliding glass door. We had a great time on the beach and some of the best sunrise views we have seen. We will be back !!
