We used Casago MB as the rental agent for our short term rental. We live out of state so we needed a full service agency. From the beginning we had very few rentals and the ones we had were rented at a very low rate. It was off-season and we were new to STR so we rolled with it. We paid $350 for a door lock that they could manage remotely which is standard. The unit had been fully renovated with all new furniture and finishes. It was a doll house. Our first problem was a 3 month renter. We specifically said no pets as everything was new. A few days after they moved in we got a fine from the HOA for $100 for a large dog in the unit. We were told that we had no choice because it was a service dog but nobody told us about the dog at the time of rental. The dog shredded our new couch and did excessive damage to our unit. Nobody followed up on the damage and when we checked on the unit weeks later it was too late to get reimbursement from the tenant. We then received a big bill from Casago for the cleaning of the couch. We noticed many obvious items stolen out of the unit and again they never reported it. Jump ahead a few months and we come down to SC again to check on the unit. We had been noticing that the cleanliness rating was a little low. We get to the unit after traveling all day and the battery on the door lock is dead and we can't get in. They charged us over $50 to come out and change the battery. We get inside and we go to use our dishes in the cabinet and they are all dirty. Food scraped off but not washed and put away dirty. I pulled a knife out of the knife block and it dripped grease. All of our baking pans were missing. Many items stolen again. Then we noticed a Keurig coffee machine sitting on the counter. Upon inspection of the machine we noticed that it was a commercial machine that had to be hooked up to a water line. I called the rental company on the sticker on the machine and they tell me it was stolen from a local business and that business is still paying the lease on it. How did it get in my unit? Why didn't anyone notice this? I put something on the FB website asking questions about what is normal behavior for a rental company and what do other people do. I purposely did not use their name nor did I indicate the agency in any way in my post. The owner of Casago emailed me immediately and terminated our contract because we were too emotionally involved and they would never be able to keep us happy. We had no idea what we were doing. Oh, and that lock that we paid for and Casago was using remotely, was missing the computer chip so was unusable to our next agency to use remotely. It cost us over another $200 to replace the chip. If I could rate them less than 1 I would.

Overall, my stay was pretty, doggone good! I was a single traveler and just wanted to enjoy myself at the beach while at Monterey Bay Suites…and you can’t beat the oceanfront view! My room was clean and it felt comfy with full, working amenities. My only, very minor gripe is that the garage/parking was being worked on, and that made navigating in those tight places a bit challenging, but I was warn about this via email, so I prepared as best I could. I have already recommended MB Suites to a buddy who will be there with his family really soon! I wouldn’t mind going back in the near-future!!

I have used Casago as my property manager for a couple years now, and used them to make recent updates in my unit. They are INCREDIBLE! The quality of work and the relationship they created in the process…. Priceless. I will continue to use them for ALL my condo needs! Thank you!

This weekend has been a disaster. I have children and even listed that I have small children and you guys never told me that there is a late night bar next door. My children have been exposed to men urinating right outside of our door, extremely loud cursing and yelling, broken glass in the parking lot, and the bar customers hang out in front of our door and drink and smoke weed. I'm completely disgusted. Not to mention the fact that your add states there is a kitchenette and there's no stove. I can't even cook for them which is the whole point of getting the place with the kitchen in it. I homeschool them and they haven't even been able to do their work properly because the wifi is so horrible. I am here with my 13, 8, and 3 year old sons and random men keep coming to my door trying to get me to have a drink with them, and then when I decline they get hostile with me in front of my children. I am beyond disappointed with this place.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the breathtaking views and the impeccable cleanliness of the place. The amenities were top-notch, including a fun selection of board games that our kids thoroughly enjoyed and a super cool vinyl record player that added a special touch to our evenings. The location couldn't have been better; it was close to a variety of activities, making our stay both convenient and exciting. The host has clearly gone above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the guest experience is catered for. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and highly recommend it to future guests looking for a memorable getaway.

This was the most perfect experience. From the romantic ocean views to the cozy indoor fireplace right in front of the most comfortable bed. The host has been amazing and Angela has been the BEST help! We couldn’t have asked for anything more. We will definitely be back.

**WARNING DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY** The rental location is at: 212 20th Ave N North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582 The host seems very nice at the beginning, but after you leave they try to lie and submit falsified information to get more money out of you. The host claimed my family and I "damaged" their couch, comforters, and mattress pad, however we ALWAYS clean and keep the rental places as they were when we arrive AND ALWAYS take photos of everything before we leave. They claim that a microfiber brown couch was dirty (the picture given as evidence shows it was not), the comforters and mattress pads were damaged (the picture given as evidence shows it was not). And with those three lies, they try to request $494.80. A complete ripe off and this company does not have ANY integrity. I will make sure to NEVER stay at a property by this company again!

This was a really nice place and looked just like the pictures. It's close to most things and a few steps to the beach. I loved it and will be back again. Oh and Brittany was great! She always responded quickly and was so nice!

Most inept booking agency I have ever seen for a rental!!! I rented a condo (supposedly), received confirmation, etc. etc. Day before leaving I received a text saying my reservation was canceled due to not completing their insane 3-4 step security check. Not only did I complete them- I completed them twice!!! it would not even let me try a 3rd time, it said: "already completed". Yet these inept associates at Casago could not reach their own security website to verify in 12 hours of trying (nor could I). They canceled me because of their own screw-up. 8-12 texts and 4 phone calls to try and resolve- they did not CARE!!!! DO NOT USE!!!! DO NOT USE!!! find a better reservation agent!!!

Booked our vacation this year with Casago Myrtle Beach. Couldn't have asked for a better trip! Our rental at Sand Dunes was just as we expected. It rained on and off, but that was no fault of Casago. We will use them again when we return.

We stayed in Landmark Resort room 1242 in August 2023. It was a great experience for us, as we had never stayed at the Landmark or booked through Casago in Myrtle Beach. The communication was great, the room was very clean, and it was a very good experience. The worst part was having to leave! Look forward to returning!

I rented a room at the Boardwalk in Myrtle through Airbnb. Upon arrival, there was 3 bags of trash in the entry way, hair on the bathtub wall, mold around the tub, the bathroom floor was dirty and the carpet was dirty. I took pictures and sent them all to Coastline Beach through the Airbnb they claimed the floor was only wear and tear. I have pictures in which I sent to them and as of the next morning, the trash still remained. We could not leave since every place was booked so we had no choice. They say they would cleaners, but since we at dinner at the time and not there, I did not feel comfortable letting people while we were not there and our belongings were. I told them I did not want anyone unsupervised. I asked for a partial refund and was denied. This company is a joke.

I am writing an update because, per the latest review, this company gets friends and family to write enough good reviews that it covers the bad. This company cost us a LOT of money. The owner played crazy games, and we don't want the friend reviews covering the true ones. Please read ALL reviews from owners who have used them as a service and the guests who have had horrible experiences, not only the good ones they try to keep at the top. We have photos and documentation of every single thing we have stated. Owners and guests BEWARE!

I rented through Air BNB however the owner was Coastline Beach. I stayed from 10/30 - 11/2 and received notification from Air BNB on 11/6 that I owe over $900 worth of damages. They explained several issues including stains on the carpet, a damaged wall, stains on the wall, a damaged drawer pull and a broken smoke detector. After contacting the realtor, they told me to deny the charge on Air BNB's website which I did. After providing pictures of the damages on Air BNB's website combined with a few other websites, Air BNB mentioned they will auto charge my card on 11/29. I contacted Coastline Beach, and they in turn requested I again contact Air BNB. I called Air BNB given they closed my case and didn't allow an appeal. They told me it's company policy not to provide info as to who is working on the case. This is all very strange to me after I provided evidence the damage existed before I checked in. I've spent over 8 hours dealing with this and they are still attempting to auto charge my card. Dealing with this company opens you up to potential liability that has been caused by a previous renter. This is a complaint against both Air BNB and Coastline Beach. Given the time spent on showing evidence they continually attempted to charge me for, I would like to request a full refund. Air BNB and Coastline Beach have pictures of the damages to the unit, plus they have pictures of the advertised unit showing the pre-existing damages. This has been a waste of time proving that I didn't create the damage, and I request a full reimbursement for my stay.

Rented a suite though this rental management company at Sea Mist resort 9/3-9-5 which had bed bugs. They were not visible upon arrival, however on the morning of 9/5 I woke up with welts on my arm. I stripped the bedding and found a live bed bug crawling on the sheets. I have immediately contacted the rental with a complaint asking for a refund. I was denied refund based on their own property inspection. I am enclosing all available documentation. I did seek medical treatment for my injuries and currently on steroidal treatment from my doctor . HIPAA release signed and you are welcome to review my progress notes from the visit on 9/6.

We stayed at the Carolina Beach Resort from 7-2-2022 to 7-7-2022. While we were there, we had issues with the bathroom having mold, the flooring coming up in the hallway, the T.V. not working and having no internet the whole trip. Also the pump went out of the air conditioning that caused a water leak onto the floor that was already coming up from what I can only assume was other water damage. The maintenance man came in and fix the issue and placed towels on the floor. We did not pick them up as we just thought they were needed to ensure no more water went on the floor. To our dismay, we were told after we left that we had broke the flooring and were charged $200 to fix it. We did not break any flooring and the rental office refuses to allow us to dispute this issue. They are stating it is my word against theirs because I did not document it well enough. The water damage alone would have made the flooring to be replaced, however after seeing the conditions when we got there, they do not look like they take good care of it. We are being charged for something we did not do and for a floor that would have had to be replaced anyway. Also, there is no way, one piece of flooring would cost $200 and I am unable to dispute it.

Our experience with Larrowe management has been fantastic. Extremely helpful and attentive to our request and suggested great properties. I'm not sure what the disgruntled comments are about below. Some people are just critical.
