Affordable Large Properties

The home was clean and perfect for my family. We had a problem with the pool being dirty but we contacted the manager and the next day it was much better. It was great being right on the beach. I felt very safe with the buildings code box to get in. The parking was tight especially if you drive a bigger vehicle. We did have to park in the overflow one night but it wasn’t far and our car was fine. Make sure you bring your own blankets. It’s just a light quilt on each bed. The master bedroom doesn’t get a lot of air so it does get a little warm. If you have more than 4 people also bring an extra bath towel. There’s only 4 large bath towels. They seemed to have everything we need except a can opener lol. My family of 5 loved it. It was quiet and close to everything. The master shower floor needs to be cleaned a little better. It wasn’t great and the seals on the door are breaking off and leak in after on the floor. Make sure you have crocs or something to walk around the condo in because those tile floors hurt your feet after a week. All in all I would highly suggest this resort again. Oh and only circle umbrellas are allowed on the beach.

We had a blast staying at this property for the week of the 4th of July! 🇺🇸It was clean with lots of space, beautiful ocean views, and a relaxing pool with a jacuzzi hot tub.🏝️We had a spectacular view of fire works being displayed all around Myrtle Beach right from our balcony. 🎇I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Coconut Grove suite 403... It was beautiful, clean and spacious..The view of the ocean was perfect. Guest Services was available and inviting. We will definitely be e! It was the perfect spot to end the year on a great note.

Fabulous place to stay. Unit was very nice and spacious. Well maintained and easy to get to. Shopping, beach, golf and restaurants are either on property or very close by. Will definitely be back again!

Our family stayed at Ocean Blue condos in Myrtle Beach at the end of July 2020. Each morning for the first 3 days any time you cooked anything in the condo the smoke alarm would go off in the entire condo and then would proceed to go off every half hour for a couple hours. We contacted maintenance they came and changed the battery but that didn't fix the issue. We finally had to.disconmect the smoke alarm near the kitchen. When we finally got the smoke detector issue solved on the fourth morning a door latch broke and locked my 2 young children in a bedroom, after about an hour we were able to get them out. We contacted maintenance again and they come out and replaced the door latch. There was water dripping from one of the exhaust fans in the bayhroom and and someone tried to stop by shoving paper towels around it instead of fixing it. After all of this we had to leave a day early due to sewage water backing up on the floors throughout the condo. We ended up losing suitcases, clothing, beach towels and a laptop due to water damage. We contacted Affordable Large Properties immediately to try and get reimbursed for the damages and for a partial refund due to having to leave early. They were cooperative at first but after they received the estimate of lose we have not heard back from them for over 3 months now. I would highly recommend you do NOT do business with this company at all. I have called Tammy Huggins in the Myrtle Beach office and even though her voicemail says that she will call back within 30 minutes she never does. I have left messages also with Kara the secretary with no return call. I would like for someone to contact me I have left slot of voicemails with my phone number. I would just like this to be resolved and to move on.

When we arrived at the property the key code did not work, but I was able to call an emergency number and it was reprogrammed right away! There were no issues with booking and the property managers provided all of the details needed prior to check in. Check out was a breeze! I really have no complaints, except that maybe the furniture needs to be upgraded and the area rug in the living room needs to be replaced. The sliding screen door on the patio was not functional, so we couldn't leave the patio door open. Other than that, my family and I really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room and we were very comfortable and felt at home! It was convenient to the beaches, restaurants, airport, outlets, mall etc. We will definitely choose to stay at Myrtle Beach Villas II again, specifically the same unit (201B) if at all possible!

I was very disappointed with the property. My unlock code did not work, i had to call the emergency line to get a new code. There was trash under my bed upon arrival. The doors on the balcony did not lock. The area outside was also dirty. Someone parked in my assigned parking space and i was told that it was nothing i could do because i wasnt apart of the HOA.

Great time, plenty of room for all our guests. Booking, check-in, check-out all fast and easy. Owners very responsive to any questions or issues we experienced. Great value and location.

Our first trip to South Carolina was made as comfortable as it could be at the Lighthouse Point in Tidewater. Residents were super kind, security staff were extra helpful and Affordable Large Property staff were amazing and helful from the date we booked all the way through our stay. We are already planning our next trip!
