The condo suite I rented for my family of four was quite spacious (having a 3rd bedroom and bathroom was nice). All the kitchen utensils and cooking pots/pans were available. All the appliances worked well enough (although the oven was slow in heating up to the required temperature). Having both a washer and dryer in the unit was very very helpful (especially with wet beach towels and daily showers being taken). The view from the 9th floor unit was truly impressive. When we checked in, the unit was clean, tidy and ready (i.e. our check-in time was not delayed at all). Overall, our stay was comfortable, pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you Booe Realty!

The Team at Booe Realty are without a doubt the best in the business. My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Chris, Christy and Jefferrie and the entire team since 2014. During our years with Booe we have experienced a level of excellence that has been above our initial expectations. We have nothing negative to say. They not only have attention to detail, they generally care about their clients as well as their clients tenants. In addition, they are punctually responsive and resolve issues immediately or within a day or two. We will without a doubt continue our relationship with the Team for many years to come. We stayed in A Place at the Beach 9540 3K and it was perfect. Check in was easy, there was a bunch of beach supplies in our condo supply closet that we were able to use. Was perfect for our family. There were other families from our baseball team that stayed in the same complex and it was wonderful. We were able to have cookouts by the pool, the pool and beach access was superb. Ocean Annie's being next door was a great place to grab a drink and hang out. The complex was clean. Only complaint is not having an elevator and being on the 3rd floor. Next time I would book the first floor.

We stayed in A place at the Beach 9540-2G and it was amazing! The condo was immaculate and newly renovated! The view was perfect and we could walk right out on the beach. I loved the live music next door at Ocean Annies and the fact that they only played till 11 and then things got quiet. The pool was well cared for too and my kids were able to swim since it was only 4 ft deep. Perfect place for families and close to everything.

The sheets were stained. They do not clean it, you pretty much have to do that. There was no elevator which is a big deal when my dad's has knee issues and they didn't bother inform us. I would not recommend to anyone.

Booe managed my property right into the ground after two years. Two years. I paid for cleaning which they did not do. They charged me $1750 to paint my entire unit and when I did show up a year later, you could see where they only touched up the original paint in various places. Painted eggshell over flat so it was real easy to see what they had done. My wife and I just spent 3 days with Clorox and a brush cleaning up the mold that had grown on the walls and in the bathrooms. Showerhead leaked and sprayed water all over the ceiling when I turned it on. The outside doors looked so bad I was afraid to touch them. And to think I paid for this treatment. The carpet needed to be entirely pulled out of my unit due to the smell from animals, only supposed to be one small dog, but you can see the stains underneath the carpet into the wood flooring. Two years, Two years. Be smart, there are so many other property mgmt companies in Myrtle that, if they treated you half as well as Booe treated me, you'd be doing well.

Our group of golfers have visited Mrytle Beach for over 25 years this year was the worst. For the first time we used Booe Realty. Following their instructions we sent our deposits down on time, then Covid hit. We were assured we could rebook to another time. Unfortunately this virus closed traveling. Thier representatives explained we should take a refund then try again. What they neglected to tell us was there was a 25 % cancellation fee. While thier website lists a 150.00 cancellation fee, they instead refunded only the deposit to 3 of 4 golfers. This fee was over 250.00. Worst experience we have ever had in MB. Will never do business with these people again, nasty people.

Paid for a paint job on the home that I rent. And they charged $2k and then never painted. They never cleaned. They allowed the renters to do drugs and have me pay for replacements. Bad service, poor quality, take your money and run! Don?t use them. Choose another company to rent your home to in North Myrtle.

Very good rental agency been with them for nearly twoyears with no problems if work needs to be done they usually have someone out the very same day.

My family and I have been vacationing in Myrtle Beach for over 20 years. We have used several realtors and private owners. I feel that Booe Realty is one of the best in the area! Great customer service, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Any issues are handled quickly. We have used Booe Realty between 5 to 10 times and I hope to continue to use them in the future. Thank you again and my family and I look forward to seeing everyone at the office again this year, especially Patti.

***Look elsewhere!!!. I initially went to view 2 different properties that where available online. Only to be told the very next morning that they were unable without any forewarning when I viewed the places! So, Cristie/Kristen (whichever one) Gave me the details on a property that would be available the following month. Since I spent 6 months to even find a decent place for my 1 year old an I, I waited for the property that would be available in March since I was told I would given access to view it first. After viewing the unit, I followed up and signed the lease and paid the deposit required. Move in date was scheduled for April 1st. Roughly a week after I signed the lease, I contacted them to let them know that I would like to Move on May 1st due to the Coronavirus Quarantine and lost of employment. Sadly, they informed me that my deposit was forfeited and that they would re-rent the property!!! I even reread my lease agreement and it does not cover natural disasters or pandemics. So, I requested my full deposit back since they will be re-renting the property to someone else. I understand the property owner has no clue of my experience with the company. However Considering the Coronavirus outbreak was unforeseen they should atleast have a heart & workout a amicable situation. So, My only immediate action is to write this google review with hopes to forewarn any potential renters. If you are interested in a property with them....KEEP IT MOVING!

We have rented long term with booe for over a year and now renting at a new property with them. They are super efficient. Any issues with rentals they send help out to fix the problem ASAP. Very quick with email. Incredibly friendly staff.
