Luxury Beach Rentals

My husband and I visited the Island Vista Resort during the week of November 12th, 2020 and were absolutely amazed at the opulence of the resort. We rented unit 511 through Luxury Beach Rentals and upon entry to the unit could immediately tell that the condo was well maintained and meticulously cleaned. Each of the three bedrooms came fully stocked with fluffy, clean bed linens, towels, washcloths, and toiletries. The kitchen was also well stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal although it was our wedding anniversary and we opted to cook as little as possible. The oceanfront view from the sliding glass doors in the living room and master bedroom made us feel like we were on a luxury cruise without the boat. I would like to say thank you to the owners of this condo for providing such comfortable and super clean accommodations during this particular period in our countries history. We were a bit apprehensive about travel and not knowing what to expect from our accommodations but all those fears were laid to rest once we walked in the door. I would also like to add that I counted maybe a total of 10 couples at the resort during this time and maybe 30 people on the beach so there was no worry of social distancing or finding a comfortable private area on the resort's lush oceanfront lawn area or on the beach itself. As far as masks go the hotel staff, retailers and patrons were fully compliant and consistent in following the SC mask mandate. Thanks again to the Island Vista and Luxury Beach Rentals. It was so nice here we extended our stay by a day but plan to return in the very near future.

This property is absolutely amazing! It's everything that the description says it is! From the moment we walked in we knew we were going to have a fantastic week! It's decorated beautifully, the beds are comfortable, it's clean and well maintained, the views are spectacular, And the kitchen is well stocked as are linens and blankets. The weather was gorgeous the week of 9/20/20 so we spent quite a bit of time on the deck and at the pool and beach. We spent some time at the boardwalk and enjoyed the restaurants and shops. We basically went to the beach to relax and this Penthouse is the best place to do that! We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Wonderful stay! Property was very clean and the location was fantastic. We really enjoyed the large balcony. Amenities at Island Vista were great and the folks at Luxury Beach Rentals were amazing and provided excellent service. Would definitely recommend this property!

The second time we've reserved this Penthouse unit with Luxury Beach Rentals, excellent experience again. Great beds and closets, plenty of room to be together or separate. Spacious balconies, very well appointed. No equipment issues, everything is maintained properly. We will reserve again!

Our family of six was just excited to get away for a change of scenery. Our condo unit and this property made it a joy. The condo (Southwind on the Ocean, Unit 1105) had an amazing view (can you say endless ocean), up-to-date decor, plenty of space, comfortable beds and was well stocked with the appliances/kitchen items we needed for the week. The property had excellent pool facilities and easy access to the beach. In addition, the property management company was extremely helpful with answering questions prior to our arrival and with giving us all the needed information before arriving to make our check in seamless. We could not have been happier and will be looking to stay here again in the future.

We had a great family vacation! Staying at Luxury Beach Rentals helped to make this happen because there was nothing more to worry about than just enjoying our vacation. The unit was clean, comfortable, well stocked with everything that you would need, close to the beach, and beautiful views. There was plenty of room for our family of seven. We would definitely stay there again.
