Got to the house we rented for the week and it was not going to work out due to the house condition. No questions asked they got us into a new (nicer) house. They even delivered clean sheets to the new house. Great customer service and very accommodating.

Our unit was not what we expected. We can with two adults and 6 children. Pool was nice, came back in to all four tvs not working!!! Maitence man was very rude trying to explain how to work them, they didnt get fixed until the next after noon, u can understand our frusturation with no tv. Tried to cook breakfast the next morning to find our dishes were all dirty. At check out this woman named jennifer told us it wasnt their fault the tv didnt work, and tvs arent apart of the package, told me I should have been a better mom and put my kids to bed. Also charged us an EXTRA 100 cleaning fee on top of the one we already paid and said we left trash, 2 dishes and milk. All bull, vacumes didnt work, we had to buy a broom and cleaning supplies to leave. I am so upset with our stay, and its even worst having someone tell me im a bad mom ect.

Rent from another agency! We love our complex but will look for another agency next year. After renting from them for 7 years I have my first problem- my kids locked our keys in the unit so I called the office around 6pm and the manager had to come and open with the master key. He told me with a very rude manner I have to charge you $50 since I have to come back to work. I’m sorry but if your a manager you must expect things to come up. I was so turned off from this that he pocketed the cash after it took him 5 seconds to open the door. It states nowhere on the contract about this. Only if you LOSE the keys they charge you to change the locks.

The address that's given upon arrival is not correct. When you try to get help, it is as if no one has a clue what is going on. Everything is a little misleading and could use a little updating.
