First time using Thomas Beach Vacations and we would highly recommend them! Great experience everyone was so helpful and very friendly! We got a great recommendation from them and loved the place we stayed. Everything was as advertised and was easy to check in and out. I've used several companies before and they are by far the best I have dealt with from beginning to the end! Will definitely book all my vacations through them in the future! We stayed at Crescent Sands.

This was a great option for our annual family vacation. The house is on a corner lot in a quiet area of Cherry Grove only a couple short blocks walk to the ocean. The house is well-maintained, was extremely clean and was ready for us several hours before the anticipated check in time. You can fish off the back deck, enjoy the hammock or cool off in the small pool at the house. The check in process was so quick and easy, and there really is no check out process since the house has keyless entry. This house is a great option for multi-generational family vacations. We will definitely be back!

My family has used Thomas Beach Vacations for many trips to North Myrtle Beach. We have always found them to be helpful and professional. This year with Covid was a challenge. We debated cancelling our plans, but eventually decided we would go. We actually had to delay our planned trip by 3 weeks and the Thomas people were very helpful with our changes. Once we arrived at Thomas for key pick up, we were happy with all the procedures they had initiated for sanitizing and Covid measures. We found our rental Condo very clean, although we did wipe everything down once we arrived. Not because of doubts about Thomas procedures, just because we decided to take the extra step. We had a great vacation and it was good to get away and relax. We will certainly do it again in the future and hopefully without Covid restrictions.

Rented a vacation condo in North Myrtle Beach. Some items like the lazy river and hot tub were closed because of covid. I expressed my disappointment to Lisa at Thomas Vacations and she understood and went out of her way to find us a different place. We had a wonderful week. Thank you Lisa and Thomas Vacations for a great place and beautiful pools and hot tubs. We stayed at the Mar Vista. Beautiful accommodations. Love those waves too!

This is my go to vacation rental company. Everyone that I have worked with in this office have been super nice and they do everything they can to make sure you are given the best deal possible. I usually take 2-3 trips to the Cherry Grove area each summer and can always depend on Thomas Beach Vacations. The most recent trip was September 12-19 and I was not able to get the internet to work properly so I called and the technician was there within 30 minutes. I explained to Wade that I needed the internet this week because I had to participate in a few conference calls with work. I was very appreciative of the quick service. The condo is always cleaned and with the COVID issue, I was super happy with this. I will continue to book my vacations through Thomas.... they do not disappoint at all. Happy Beachin'

We rented through Thomas Beach Vacations recently and they were wonderful! They allowed a late night check in, and they have drop off boxes for keys just in case you leave before the office opens. The house was very clean and had a great set up. We will use them again.

My family and I vacationed in Mid August 2020, and we are already talking about next year! We actually ended up with our beach property last minute, because our original plans were canceled due to hurricane Isaias (Oak Island). With one week until our trip, I started looking at other beach options. None of my family had ever been to Cherry Grove, but we had heard great things. I started looking, and found an oceanfront beach house with Thomas Beach Vacations, in Cherry Grove. They had the exact dates available that we needed for that oceanfront house! (Everything surrounding these dates were booked). I called to book my reservation and the rep that helped me was wonderful, and answered all of my questions. I also called a couple times the day of checkin, and everyone I talked to was so friendly! The house we stayed in was the perfect location, perfect layout, perfect size ... I really felt like we were meant to be in that house all along! There were just a few things in the home that could be updated, but honestly nothing that prevented a wonderful week there! It sounds like our group of 7 has voted Cherry Grove again in the coming years, and now we know exactly who to book our future houses with!

We stayed in Crescent Beach last year and rented through a different company. The experience was ok but not the best and I wanted to be able to really enjoy vacation this year. so I decided to try a different company and location. We went with Thomas Realty in Cherry Grove. The location was perfect everything was in walking distance. The neighborhood was very clean quiet and the landscaping was well kept. The house had everything we needed and was absolutely beautiful and clean! No bugs! The fire alarm needed batteries and maintenance came the same day to fix. We were 2 blocks away from the ocean! The locals were very friendly and I even took a walk to the local bar and grill at night alone and felt completely safe. Check in and check out was simple, quick and easy and the staff were very professional and friendly! We will definitely be back next year! ?Update? August of 2019 we choose Thomas Beach Vacations again and stayed at the Lazy Turtle. It was a nice stay for the children there was a pool on site; However, I prefer the previous beach house Idol Time better.

I highly recommend Thomas Beach Vacations, Wade from their office was great to work with! After the home rental that we were suppose to use was damaged due to Hurricane Isaias we were called on Thursday BEFORE we were to arrive on Saturday and told that it would not be ready for us to use by different rental company and the only thing they would offer us were condo rentals at different beach locations. At this point in the game we had already rented a golf cart for the week and planned to use a home, not a condo. The other company would not budge on pricing or offer any homes to us, only condos. I called Thomas because I had used them in the past. They were super nice and accommodating, Wade got a list of homes available and emailed them to me. Within a couple hours I had a new rental home, one block from where our original rental was. Upon arrival at the beach, the home was super clean, smelled great and felt like home. I highly recommend Thomas and will use them again for future rentals. Thanks Thomas for making what could have been a bad vacation a very relaxing and wonderful trip.

THEY DO NOT PROVIDE LINENS. No sheets, no towels, no washcloths, nothing. This was not listed anywhere on their VRBO listing & they KNOW it, so they called to tell me. I said cancel it. I'm not going to buy several twin & king bed sheet sets when I don't even have those sizes at my home. They are now holding my money hostage for 7-10 business days while I'm trying to book another vacation. INSANE. I have booked tons of beach rentals and vacation rentals with other companies and I have NEVER had them tell me they provide no bed sheets. SCAM to make their prices look better than they are. (Oh, yeah, you can pay more for linens- how about that trashy upsell?)

Very nice property, but unproffesional management company. Rented 8 bedroom house for golf trip and Super Bowl weekend. Management company turned off TV/ wireless to save money in low season and never turned back on before we arrived. After 4 days of daily promises to fix, still nothing. Contact at company even had the nerve to say "I guess you'll just have to have conversations with each other" if there is no TV or internet.
