If I could give this place a -100 I would! I truly believe this company is a fraud. The lady that was at the desk was not compassionate about our concerns. We paid 11,000 for a house that was completely ran down and disgusting. Toilets were broke and leaking, showers were leaking through the downstairs bathroom. Pool had glass in it. They wouldn’t let me talk to a manager at all! Soooo much more!!!! Never again!!!!

Don’t ever use this company. When we arrived the first day late at night, this is what was waiting for us; and I paid extra for the linen package. Every comforter was stained and gross, doors hanging off the wall, and it was easily noticed that the condo had not been cleaned. We had 3 small children with us and they needed to wait to go to sleep until I went out and had to buy our own comforters which we were not compensated for. When we asked the company what we were supposed to do in regards to the disgusting living situation, the worker told us to “figure it out”. The downstairs bathroom would not drain which led us to having to use one bathroom all week for 7 people. I was promised the cleaning fee, linen package, and compensation back, and was only given 285 after I was promised 500. I have been leaving messages and they are unresponsive. Do not book with this company.

UPDATE: Elliott didn’t not honor their 1 night of stay refund for the inconvenience of the very dirty house. After they were contacted because a refund had not been issued they stayed they do not refund that much and at most could refund $300. We have since received this. Will not rent from this company again in the future UPDATE: Elliott contacted and refunded 1 night of stay and said they would have deck inspected. We are happy with this to remedy some of the inconveniences of our stay. We stayed at Sanctuary in Cherry Grove over Memorial Day week 2024. Pros: The oceanfront was very nice. Pool was amazing, someone was there every 1-2 days to clean it. The kitchen was nice and big, lots of space for larger groups. Cons: The house was not adequately cleaned when we arrived. Bathrooms were in good shape but the floors and kitchen surfaces needed deep cleaning. We spent several hours first day cleaning, especially the floors since we had a small child with us. The back deck on the main floor seemed poorly constructed and we had some real safety concerns. Front and upper floor decks were fine. The sheets and towels provided were not what we expected for a luxury rental, especially the towels which were small. We did let Elliott know it was not clean the next day; they did offer to send someone out, but at that point we had already cleaned.

My family rented Beach Daze for our annual vacation. Upon arrival it was obvious things might not go as planned. Several young people were packing up to leave and the trash can was overflowing with several empty alcohol containers. When we were able to enter the property(housekeeping said it was just the bathrooms that needed cleaning), that was not the case. The entire house had not been vacuumed, there were blankets still in the washer. We found panties under a bathroom sink along with hair and toothpaste on the mirror. Outlets and tvs that didn't work. Broken shelves in the fridge and mold under the kitchen table. The sliding door lock was broken and the rocking chair on the front porch was not usable. The only thing that was fixed during our stay was the broken glass on the coffee table. I'll be booking elsewhere next time.

We arrived to our condo in Kingston North Hampton on Sunday at 10:30 pm. Upon arrival and a long drive we couldn’t wait to get in and get some sleep with our three kids. As soon as we walked in the first thing we noticed is the smell. Place did not smell clean at all. As we walked through we walked through two water puddles right in the middle of the living room and the kitchen area. Mind you this place provided no paper towels, toilet paper or any towels. Luckily we had paper towels we brought to clean it up. The floors were dirty and towels turned black just from wiping that water off. Although place looked decent on the pictures it is totally different story in person. I don’t think the place was inspected upon our arrival. The carpets in the bedroom has several stains that have never been cleaned. The couches in the living room are terrible and smell bad. Now the bedrooms and beds I saved for last. The bedrooms were dirty and smelled like BO, nightstands had dust and stains that weren’t wiped down at all from previous guests. Maybe we should have read rental info in full but I feel like this is something that should be made aware of right away. No linen I repeat none of the beds come with any sheets, pillow cases or any bed essentials that you need for your stay. Pillows are terrible, old and worn out. Several of them have stains on them. We found out later that we needed to pay $35 per bed so we can have sheets but coming in late the office staff was already gone. We ended up going to store the next day and buying sheet sets so that we can at least take them home with us. Paying close to $400 per night we expected more or at least the damn bed sheets and maybe one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and if you need more then you can purchase more at your own expense. We are disappointed that our first time visiting Myrtle beach had to be frustrating because of lack of amenities and cleanliness of the place. We plan on coming on vacation again to Myrtle beach as we loved and had a great time here but one thing we know is we will probably never rent with Elliot beach rentals. The only nice thing about this condo was the beach view and the enormous balcony.

‘A Shore Thing’ was perfect! The place was clean and just as advertised! The beach was 230 steps from the front door (they provided beach chairs and a wagon to take to the beach)and the pool in the backyard was a great alternative for our kids. We are a family of 6 and sometimes it’s hard to find the right place for us to stay and feel like we all have our own space. This was not a problem, having the 3 rooms and the option of the pull out couch was just what we needed. The owners checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed! Having laundry facilities on site made traveling light easy(saved us money on our flights)! We grilled out and the kitchen had everything we needed. Being walking distance to the local IGA made it so we could cook our own meals and enjoy some great family time! We will define booking again!

I don't usually write reviews but this property and company was exceptional! The check in/out instructions were very detailed and clear. The property was “Aw Shucks” and it was updated, decorated tastefully, well maintained and squeaky clean. The beach access was private, quiet and close to our Aw Shucks back porch. The beds were comfortable and the linens and pillows were clean. There were so many good things about our week it is hard to list them all. The house A++. The rental company A++. The rooms, pool, and back deck were so calming and made it feel like we were in a private resort.  Thank you for making our vacation spectacular! We will definitely be back to stay again in the future

I had a wonderful tranquil stay at the Blockade Runner. The front deck clerk Nicole and her manager were very welcoming and informative in making sure I had everything I needed. They are an asset to the company. The view from my room was breathtaking! My room was clean and easily accessible. I had everything I needed in my kitchen to cook my meals. I loved the nostalgia of this motel. It’s was perfect for my weekend getaway and I will be back. Beverly R.

We stayed at the Sea Watch South Tower in North Myrtle. This is our fourth time booking with Elliott. Check in was quick and easy. By far this is the best property we have stayed in. We were pleasantly surprised with the comfort and cleanliness. The decor was better than our past stays. The view of the ocean from the common area and the bedroom was beautiful. Kitchen area and bathrooms were clean and organized.We enjoyed a huge fire pit outside. Employees were friendly and helpful. Lots of food and shopping within a 5 minute drive.

Our family rented the property, A Bushel and A Peck. The owners have done a great job with the renovations of this home making it qualify for a Luxury rental. We did get to check in by 4pm however the house was not clean. The paper sanitary strips had been placed around the toilets but two of the toilets once seat was lifted still had splatter marks from previous use. The bathrooms rugs were filthy, so much so we put them out on the porch until we could wash them. The floors not only had sand, which is somewhat understandable, but crumbs, hair, dust balls. Literally dust pans full. One of the bedrooms had candy wrappers and empty water bottles under the beds. We had the linen package so the sheets and towels were clean. The mattress covers and pillows were stained and looked like they had not been washed or changed in quite awhile. We washed those before making the beds. One of the beds had a huge brown stain on the bed which had to be seen by the cleaners. The dishwasher had been unloaded without paying attention that the dishes had not been cleaned. Coffee mugs had coffee in them, plates and silverware had dried grits and eggs on them. The pans & bowls had also been put away with dried food. This was all in the cabinet. Needless to say, we took the time to wash all the dishes. The sofas had crumbs on them not just under the cushions but visibly on the furniture. The overall organization of the house, such as, closets, linens, cleaning supplies etc were in disarray which we were told the rental company doesn't take care of. The swimming pool was clean but under the carports, walkways, steps, were covered in sand, pine needles, sticks. It looked like they had not been blown or swept in awhile. Not what we expected with a Luxury rental. We had to clean these areas because we had small children. Again, Elliott said they are not responsible for the outside. We did call the office as soon as we got in and discovered that things were not clean. My sister and I cleaned everything which took 6 hours & our first day of vacation. The cleaning crew arrived at 10pm, she was very nice and said she had been working all day and stayed over until 10pm for the re-cleans. We were able to tell her that we had already completed every thing. Elliott did refund us the $275 fee which we appreciated but that still doesn't make up for sending customers to unclean houses. Next time we'll rent from a smaller company or an individual. Elliott won't get our business or recommendations from us.

My husband and I came to Myrtle Beach during the July 4th holiday to celebrate his birthday and also bring our children for a family vacation. We only use Elliott Reality when we visit Myrtle Beach because they never disappoint. We stayed at Maureen and Marilyn's Beach Cottage and the amenities were elite. We housed 2 adults, 3 sixteen year olds, and 2 seven year olds for an entire week. There was plenty of room and bedding for everyone to be comfortable. Walmart was 2 minutes away and the beach was within walking distance. I have not one complaint. And as always, when my husband and I return to Myrtle Beach, we will use Elliott Reality for our accommodations! Keep up the good work

What a wonderful and beautiful place to stay! The owners and Elliott Reality were so generous and kind. The owners even presented a baked dish and a thank you card for our rental. That's something you don't experience everyday. The view of the beach from the upper deck was breath taking. A must rent and stay! This will be our annual accommodation.

We stayed at Horizon this past weekend and we're completely disgusted with not only our stay, but the lack of consideration from the management team. We arrived after hours (around midnight to the property) and were honestly in complete shock. It was disgusting. The sheets were not clean, the comforter/quilts had stains, the floor was not clean, there was crumbs all over the couch, there was a dirty spoon left in the sink and sticky stains on the kitchen floor. The doorknob to the second bedroom fell off and all the closet doors were off track. We called the rental team the next morning and voiced our concerns and Pam stated that she would put in work orders and have the cleaning team come back to clean the unit. At 4pm, no one had come, so we called again and I spoke with Weston who told me he would move me but didn't have any units that would meet my standards. I didn't realize a clean unit upon check in was such a high ask. He also commented that he was looking at several photos left by the cleaning team and the unit was clean. He said he would send me an email so I could forward all the pictures showing that it was not, but he never did. I went ahead and posted pictures here for his easy reference. I also took it upon myself after waiting around all day to at least clean the living room floor and couch with the vacuum (which was broken) that was left in the unit, so that my family could at least be in the living room. The cleaning team and maintenance finally came around 7. They told my husband that this was their 3rd re-clean of the day due to someone new who had cleaned the unit the day before. They also fixed the doorknob. They replaced the comforters and sheets at our ask and professionally cleaned the unit. Per Weston, after our departure, we would be compensated for the inconvenience during our stay. I am still waiting on someone to return my call from the management team in order to discuss and retrieve compensation. I left a message for Ryan today. I would also like to mention that the King bed is on the floor, no box spring, just the mattress with a frame around it. It looks like others have made this comment prior. We ended up putting our kids in the king bed and we took the smaller bed just because it was so hard to get in and out of. They also do not have curtains in the king room and chose to put a picture over the window leading to the hallway. It stays bright the entire night. The fridge has a huge dent, but works fine. The living room was nice, but I would not recommend this property.

We had a good time at the Landmark Resort the view was beautiful. The rooms was clean and neat. I like how the bathrooms was connected to the shower. The kitchen area was beautiful. I will recommend Elliott to my friends and family. We had a beautiful 4th of July week at the beach. Thanks Elliott
