It is very classy and clean. The pools are kept up and clean. The grounds are fabulously kept. Not far to walk to the beach if you're in the condos. The beds are very comfortable, and pillows are as well. Place was immaculate when we showed up. I am very pleased with our experience here. Will definitely stay here agian.

I booked a place they manage on VRBO. Did everything correctly on my part to book the trip. Sent paperwork in and paid full amount. They call me a week and a half before the trip and inform me that the reservation before me was somehow mysteriously and “accidentally”canceled. And can give me no explanation as to why or how this can happen. So they cancel my reservation and give it to someone else. No apology.....just we will refund your payment. VERY SKETCHY! I do NOT believe there was a reservation before me that was “accidentally” cancelled.

Horrible, horrible, experience. How anyone has anything good to say about Kieth or the staff at Carolina Resorts Realty is mind blowing. Kieth is refusing to call me back and I have contacted his staff about it 5-6 times over the last month. Just a classless and selfish act by keeping10% of our reservation after we couldn’t travel due to covid-19. I highly recommend against using this company. They have no morals and they were awful to deal with. Very sketchy and shady company to deal with.

They advertise as 100% refundable which is absolutely not true. They kept a $328 service fee. In the middle of a national pandemic you should accommodate your clients who are following government guidelines. Instead, you keep part of their money. Not professional or honest!

My family has used Keith and Carolina Resorts Realty since the days of Cherry Grove Manor 26 yrs this year and I would not want to deal with anyone else but him and his awesome staff. They always strive to make our vacation be the best it can. We consider Keith like family. Give them a call if you want a great vacation.

We rented Seaside Resort 1403 through Carolina Resorts Realty (CRR). They did let us go to our condo a couple hours early. The view was awesome. The condo was in pretty good shape. The kitchen appliances were dated and the large eye of the electric stove did not work. When we looked at our beds, we noticed that there were no sheets or pillow cases. We then noticed no towels or wash cloths. I called CRR and they told me I had to pay $150 for the week if I wanted linens for the room. This was not communicated at any time before this. We declined the service and went to Walmart where we bought sheet sets, towels, and wash cloths that we could take home for just under $100. If we would have known, we could have brought them from home and saved $100. They should really communicate that better with renters. Seems very tacky to not provide linens for a condo. It?s like paying $175/night for a hotel, then being charged another $20 for sheets and towels. The toilet in the middle bathroom leaked out of the bottom after first flush. I, again, called CRR about it and they said we would hear from someone to repair it. It seemed like an emergency to me so I assumed the repair would be that night. My wife had to clean up toilet water after a 15 hour drive and before we were even unpacked. I again called CRR in the morning and reported it again. This time a plumber came and fixed it. The second day we were there, we were questioned about having wrist band pool passes from the property staff. They said that CRR should have given them to us. The property staff then gave us wrist bands for the week. Overall the condo was very nice with great views. However I would never rent through CRR again.
