I loved everything about this place except the musty smell (maybe from older furniture & curtains?) and the hard master bedroom mattress (could feel my husband's every move!). The view was great, balcony chairs were awesome to sit and enjoy the ocean views. Loved the spacious master bathroom sink area and closet. It would have been nice to have a dish towel for the kitchen and some dish liquid, just some basic stuff for the amount of rent paid. Thanks for letting us rent!

We love taking vacation at Crescent Shores and have done for many years. The condo's are spacious and the amenities for outdoor activities are excellent. The continued upkeep of the outside areas, (building and grounds) are very nice and clean.

Loved it! Great location, super clean and very comfortable. Tony the grounds keeper kept every thing around the outside clean and the elevator was spotless. Thank you all so much, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend to anyone.

This home was extremely clean and well equipped. The pool area was picturesque and accommodated several families. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was convenient and key for privacy. The kitchen had everything you need for your stay. The beach was only a short walk. Would definitely recommend!

Only complaint about the unit itself, remote didn't work in the living room so we purchased a universal remote (took it home with us), someone had logged out of the Spectrum app so there was no cable TV in the living room, the towel bar in the hall bath fell off the wall and the keys to the door are difficult to use. The resort is beautiful and employees are really friendly.

We've stayed in this unit before. It's a nice unit right on the ocean front. We really appreciated the power strip additions to outlets so we didn't have to move furniture to plug things in. The fridge is really nice with ice and water in the door and the Keurig was also nice to have as I have one at home. The color scheme is neutral and pleasant. Convenient to the Avista where we were having events.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ashworth, The staff at Grand Strand Resorts are always helpful. The staff at The Ashworth were wonderful also. JD in particular was very friendly and helpful especially when we experienced a dead batter just an hour before our dinner show and brought his own jumper cables and vehicle to help us. We were a bit disappointed with the size of the outdoor pool at the Ashworth, it was very crowded this past week and almost impossible to get in the pool when there wasnt a massive amount of people in it. Because of so many people the water was very dirty looking the entire week. Maybe adding some new water each day would have helped. Also the condo we stayed in, apparently the owner did not allow access to the utility closet (outside the condo) to store out beach gear in while visiting instead we had to walk through the entire condo (with sandy items) to the balcony to store our beach chairs etc. Other than that we always enjoy our stays and this is our 3rd year using Grand Strand so that should speak for itself.

We had been coming to Tilghman Beach and Racquet, for 1 or 2 weeks, each August, for over twenty years. We usually stayed in 305, once or twice in 308, and my mom stayed in 301 once. We always enjoyed our annual family vacation. After a few year absence, we decided to now come back, with our daughter and her family. I selected unit 301.The unit was ready when we arrived.(we paid the extra $150 for early check in) #301 was clean and had all necessary supplies. The furnishing were new, decor was attractive and totally met our needs. Beds were comfortable! We all totally enjoyed our stay. I think we might be starting a second generation, Tilghman Beach and Racquet August Family Vacation!

For the money that we paid I expected to have a decent place, ended up being the only thing decent about it was the pool. Our condo had dead roaches on the floor behind the TV, black mold on air vents and on shower curtain. The door to the balcony needs worked on because you have to really yank on it to open it. Electric outlets half worked,top plugs had no power

My family’s first time in Myrtle Beach, and it was wonderful!! Grand Strand Resorts was great to work with from start to finish. Our condo was beautiful, clean and very accommodating. Cannot recommend enough if you are in the area.

Place was wonderful! Decor was really nice and the condo was very clean. Furniture was very comfortable. Only disappointment was that our room came with 2 chairs and an umbrella for the beach and when we went to ask about them our name nor the owners name was listed. I called everyday except 1 and never got an answer back. Rentals were $170 for the week, never got them. Would have been a nice perk.

This was our first trip to North Myrtle Beach, Cherry Grove. It was a relaxing, fun week. We met great people. We stayed at the Shalimar Condo. It was clean and comfortable. Great view, nice location. We are looking forward to returning next year. The check in and check out process was great. Grand Strand employees were very helpful and nice. We had trouble with the door lock. Skipper was very helpful and very nice. He called back on Sunday within 10-15 min. I was very impressed.

We have stayed with Grand Strand Resorts twice now and we love the properties, and their staff is extremely friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

The lack of professionalism shown by the Grand Strand Resort (NOT Grand Strand Realty) staff was appalling. The representative we voiced our concerns to (he stated his name was Todd) engaged in eye rolling, head tossing, childish behavior and assured us that we could not expect a call from Mr. Pate today, as we requested. He stated Mr. Pate would be "walking properties". I would suggest Mr. Pate hire a new staff and improve his oversight of these units and his staff. We will not rent from this company again! The unit itself was a nice unit, the problem lies with the staff of Grand Strand Resorts and their inability to service customers or to ensure a property is clean before it is rented. Just to note, Grand Strand Resorts blames the condition of the unit on the condominium owners by stating the owners were there the previous week. If I owned this condominium, I would find a new company to represent my property.

Our condo was not cleaned properly before we arrived. There was dried food on the furniture. Two of the bar stools were falling apart. The chairs on the balcony were broken. The carpet was filthy as well. We had to put blankets on the furniture in order to feel comfortable sitting down. I also had to have my 3 year old play on a blanket on the floor. This company did not even try to make it right. My mother called several times during the week and never received a call back. We were told the owner would not do anything and neither would the Grand Strand company. The employees did not apologize or seem to care. Extremely poor customer service on their part. We will never use this company or recommend them to anyone ever again. Luckily, we were able to make due, clean up what we could, and have a wonderful vacation together despite the filth. Nevertheless, this never should have been an issue.
