Seaside Rentals Premier Vacation Homes

The rental property itself was okay. We paid a lot more to get a "luxury" oceanfront house and ended up having a not so luxurious view from Tuesday to Saturday. We had a nice view of used, rusty transport pipes during the day and the peaceful sound of heavy equipment banging them around all hours of the night. When you pay more money for oceanfront property to have private beach access and they block it off so you have to walk down the road to the public access it hinders your vacation a bit. I called the office daily starting Tuesday to complain and speak to the manager, but every day it was the same excuse that I couldn't speak with the manager at that time and that "she will call you by the end of the business day." Evening would come and no phone call from the manager. Finally on Friday when I made my daily call, the manager got on the phone and stated that she had to reach out to the owners and she would contact me by Monday. Well here we are, waiting on a phone call again! Other rental properties near us using Dunes Realty already spoke to their customer service and had partial refunds given to them for each day the pipes and equipment was there. We have been renting off Seaside Rentals for 8 years and I will never again do so! Next time I will go through Dunes Realty!

I will NEVER rent a home from this rental company again. We arrived at our rental home only to find that it had never been cleaned. The outside or grounds of the home were not cleaned either. Very disappointed in the "customer service". The amount we were compensated didn't even add up to a nights stay.

The property we rented is beautiful, but the customer service of this place is severely lacking. The employees interacting with customers are extremely rude and condescending, and don't care about their customers. I guess they figure people will rent their properties no matter what, so there is no need to treat any of their customers in a kind and courteous manner. When questions or problems arose during our stay, they offered no help whatsoever, and quite frankly seemed offended that we even asked. We'll never rent from this unprofessional company again, and we'd suggest picking a different rental company for your beach vacation.

I am surprised that Seaside charges all renters a non-refundable $125 damage waiver. So we are paying for damage that was not incurred?

Seaside did an excellent job securing our extended stay at [rental property name removed] in May 2016. We needed additional days and they were so helpful and eager to contact the owner. Other agencies were very reluctant. Will be booking through Seaside again for sure. Thanks so much for your kindness and eagerness to ensure we had the perfect vacation rental.

We rented a beach house for our family for Thanksgiving and it was such a wonderful experience. The Seaside Rentals team were very helpful, always responded and delivered great service. The house was in a great location, clean and had plenty of room for the entire family. The kids loved swimming in the heated pool and the adults loved setting on the deck every morning enjoying our coffee. We will definitely be back!! Thank you again for making our Thanksgiving such a memorable experience.

I've rented from several different agencies and found Seaside to be the best I've dealt with. Homes were clean and as advertised and when we needed something addressed they were quick to respond. I'd recommend and use them again for another trip if we ever stay south of Myrtle again.
