Looked at several properties at different rental agencies for a family vacation. Old Colony Realty was the only one that actually seem to care that I wanted something special for my family reunion. Morgan and Anne went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and really listen to my needs. Thanks so much ladies !

Had a lot of trouble finding a nice apartment for rent in Myrtle until I found this company they went above and beyond to help me find a place last minute, Morgan was great and assisted me the whole way! Definitely recommend this company! Thanks old colony

Wow, I'm a little disappointed in the star reviews 😕.. This is just an example that you can't always Google the top star reviews because you will miss out on QUALITY service sometimes. I feel everyone ALWAYS has the time to post the negative, not the positive.. I just moved here about 4 weeks ago, and I was in property management/ real estate in Florida, so that is why I waited to post. I wanted to give a review of my rental experience, not just move in. I had 1 day to find an annual home to rent, and LISA MADE IT HAPPEN.. (THANK YOU) I moved into an older home that is so cute, but under the uniqueness, needed some TLC.. Lisa is very patient and good at communicating with myself, the owner, and all of the property management's contractors. (and I believe I have met a lot all with the SC southern charm🙃 who speakvery highly of the Old Colony staff). The office team has been on top of it for me through this move. I love it here and will be looking to stay in Surfside beach ⛱️ and as Lisa is also a Real estate Sales agent we are hoping to work with her to help us become homeowners here in this amazing place and so should you.. Thank you again to all the staff in the office and of course Lisa..

We loved the Ocean House. We stayed there last year, the house was perfect. Great parking, TV’s everywhere, and the pool was fantastic for the kids. Also, the beach was right outside the front door. We will never stay anywhere else.

We just had an amazing family reunion in their house, [rental property name removed], across from the ocean in Surfside. This was the best house, without paying oceanfront prices. 2 balconies that are ocean view and we were right across from the public beach access, right down the street from Surfside Pier and all of the bars/restaurants. The house was super clean, management was awesome to work with - everything was great. I wouldn't rent from anyone else in this area. Thank you so much! Summer vacation 2018, here we come!

Just spent a week at one of their condos and it was a wonderful place, at a great price and a block from the beach. I didn't want to come back home and definitely plan to rent with them again next year!

As a family member of someone who owns a condo in Garden City, I'm disgusted at the way this company takes care of their properties. When my grandmother came to her condo, it was completely destroyed. Broken microwave, broken sliding glass door, plumbing issues, things that had fallen or been ripped off the walls, and completely filthy. Someone even wrote their name on the wall. I feel bad for those who pay for a cleaning fee because whoever is hired to clean, is not doing their job! My grandmother is to be notified of any rentals, yet when she arrived, she found old food in the oven! She had not approved of, nor was notified of any rentals since her last visit. And on top of it, the woman at Old Colony Realty told her "we do not really clean the kitchens." Are you kidding me?! She also told my grandmother they do not know who broke her property. Now, shouldn't that be part of the criteria? When someone rents, a thorough inspection of the property to make sure nothing has been damaged after each rental? Absolutely disgusted with their so called professionalism.
