There were roaches in the house, Mad about the beach. And the dishwasher wasn't working. Not to mention the cleaning lady came early and was yelling at us to get out. As a result my kindle was left behind. And they told me "they couldn't find it" when I called to ask for it back. I guess the rude cleaning lady is reading my books now. Wouldn't go again.

We just had a large family vacation and stayed at Summer Salt, what an AWESOME vacation. The house is absolutely gorgeous plenty of rooms. The grandkids loved loved the pool. The adults loved the hottub. Will definitely stay again. Thank you for such an amazing vacation.

I'm a real estate agent in Ohio and brought a buyer to Beach Realty. After speaking with Kevin I really thought this was a great company and felt confident that I brought my buyer to the right place. I WAS WRONG!!! The buyer decided to build and is getting all kinds of false promises from Kevin and the builder. The house was supposed to be ready April 15th and now won't be ready until mid June. (If even then) now some families won't get to stay in the home they had booked for May and some may not get to vacation at all because it may not be ready when they're telling them it'll be ready. Kevin also said he would give some of the commission to me for bringing the buyer to him. Another false promise. He talked my buyer out of having something in the contract that something would happen if it wasn't ready by the time the contract stated because "that's not what they do in S.C." I'm trying to talk the buyer out of using Beach Realty for the rentals and/or cleaning and using someone else! Very disappointed in this company and when I'm down there in July will tell everyone I can that this is not a company they want to use!
