Only saving point is it’s next to the ocean. The balcony doesn’t lock, the beds hard, only provides 2 bath towels, balcony furniture is laughable, the inside furniture looks like they found it next to a dumpster, not a very clean condo, very dated. Unit 1003

Unit 602 was very nice! We had friends stay there and its spotless! Beds were very comfortable and anything you could need was in the kitchen. Beautifully decorated and the view from the balcony was truly amazing!!!

First, we had a great time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is TERRIBLE. We didn't think our F-150 was going to make it through the parking deck because it was so low. Our antenna scrubbed against the concrete pillars as we drove through. The unit we stayed in was up-to-date. It had great appliances. However, the furniture was nasty. I had to put a sheet over the couch because it was so stained. We couldn't walk barefooted in the condo, the carpet was out dated and looked like wild hogs bathed on it. The shower liner in the bathroom was white, but it had a pink tinge to it because of mildew. For some odd reason the dryer vented into the room and blew lint and heat into the room. This is the first resort I've stayed in that does not have a water hose to rinse off chairs. They only had a shower. We made do with what we had. This will be our first and last stay at the Royal Garden Resort. I read mixed reviews and thought we'd try it out. The pictures posted online was accurate, but you can't see filth in the online pictures. Another positive, the air worked great!

Stayed here the week of the 4th of July... LOVED IT!! We Had an awesome week, had NONE of the problems I've read in others reviews and I was very skeptical after reading those before our visit. Our Condo was clean and the AC worked great.. Pools and building clean, only complaint would be slow elevators, but that happens everywhere. Hopefully going back again next year!!

This review is based on my stay at royal garden resort. When we arrived we thoroughly checked the unit for bugs,however after going grocery shopping the following evening, we were shocked to find cockroaches on the counter in the kitchen. We stayed in a very nice condo 515, the owners clearly try to maintain their condo beautifully. However the maintenance of this resort seems to be lack there of! We contacted the front desk the following morning, they offered to down grade our room or send an exterminator. We opted for the exterminator, because we didn't want to down grade and risk finding bugs in another room. Didn't get to speak to a manager until the last day we were there. The front desk manager, who basically didn't want to speak with me,and gave me attitude! They claim they don't have any issues with bugs,but since we seen palmetto bugs (which are expected to be seen by the pool) and also cockroaches it leads me to believe this is an on going issue at the resort! No one should have to live in the condition we were forced to live in for an entire week on vacation! Oh and did I mention they have a strict NO REFUND policy, or we would have taken the almost 2 grand it cost us to rent the condo for the week and went elsewhere! I have been traveling to the grand strand for many years now,and never experienced cockroaches at any of the resorts I've stayed at! It's a shame because I love the proximity to the ocean this condo is, however I will never stay at this resort again. Also the parking garage is like a game of chicken trying to navigate through it is awful especially when other cars are coming through! I give royal garden resort negative 5 stars, awful!

Royal Garden Resort is an average beach condo establishment. The rooms are of average quality but not that clean or updated. Service at the Royal Garden Resort was excellent at check-in and the only complaint is the lack of linens.

My family and I have been guests of Sea Breeze Realty every single vacation we've taken in Myrtle Beach. We wouldn't go through any other realty company, they have bent over backwards to make us feel at home and like family. Thanks Sea Breeze for everything you do!!!
