My wife and I rented Mystic Blue in North Topsail to bring our 8 month old on his first beach trip. Unfortunately when we arrived the house was absolutely disgusting and unsanitary for anyone and especially not an 8 month old. There was a rotten shrimp stench as soon as we walked in the door, a multitude of flies buzzing around. We continued to uncover more grime, months worth of dust was built up on the vents, hardened food on the silverware and the fridge smelled awful as well. We spent 3 hours trying to clean it to be sanitary enough to stay then we looked at our feet and they were black from the grime on the floor so we left. Don't waste your time with these clowns, drove 5 hours to go on a vacation just to have to turn around and go home.
