We recently stayed at the St. Regis Resort and absolutely loved the amenities the resort had to offer. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and Beach Bullies Cabana. It was convenient having the deep end of the pool attached to the shallow end. We have a younger daughter as well as 2 older ones and it was nice they could all swim in one pool all at the same location. We thoroughly enjoyed the Coffee/ice cream shop and the arcade was an added bonus to the resort. You truly didn’t have to leave there unless you just wanted to. Our room was very nice, clean and spacious. We definitely plan to return in the future. Thank you for allowing us to stay with you!!

Look no further for a property manager! SeaShore Realty has a professional staff and can address your specific needs in a timely fashion. As a homeowner for 9 years at 3980 Island drive, we came onboard with SeaShore Realty only a year ago and couldn't be happier with how they set-up our home for advertising and maintaining our bookings for the in-season rentals. The entire staff does a great job communicating in a timely manner and can provide contractors for whatever your needs may be. Also, they provide a cleaning/house-keeping staff that does a great job!

I bought my house from Seashore 10 years ago. Charles was a great realtor. He helped us find the right piece of land and a great builder to build our home just the way we wanted. I highly recommend Seashore Realty Group if you are buying or selling your home.

We have owned a townhome on Top Sail Island in Surf City for 12 years and recently had to sell our property. We used the professional and kind services of Jason Hyde from Seashore Realty. We could not have been happier! Jason was professional, responsive to our many questions, patient with us, and provided outstanding guidance on selling beach property. I would highly recommend Mr. Hyde as a real estate agent if you are looking at either selling or buying property on Top Sail Island.

We had an absolutely excellent experience with Seashore Realty! Charles Turner was amazing to work with. As a first time home buyer, I wasn’t sure of a lot of things. Charles not only helped us purchase our dream house, but acted as a mentor/teacher along the way. He is knowledgeable, professional, and has a most sincere personal touch. Now, 4 years later, when it was time to sell our house and move, Charles was the first person we contacted. He earned our trust when we were buyers and he impressed us once again when we were the sellers. He hired the professional photographers at “Unique Media Design” to take pictures and create a virtual tour of our home. During COVID-19, this proved really useful for buyers. The pictures and virtual tour made our house look wonderful! He gave us tips and acted as a mentor once again when we had endless questions. He closely monitored web traffic for our house listing. He responded to emails and texts at all hours of the day. We were also impressed with his organizational skills and detail oriented work. For example, one of the things he did was put together a sellers binder for us. It included all the professional pictures and information about our house. A great memento for our family. He is extremely patient and great with kids. We never felt rushed as buyers or as sellers. He was our teammate/coach and helped us navigate two very new experiences. I cannot recommend him enough. Whether you are buying a house or selling one, CALL CHARLES!!
