Treasure Realty

We recently stayed at [rental property name removed] and loved the room. The cleaning people were still cleaning when we arrived at the room and they were very nice and finished up and left. Didn't bother us a bit. This is the 2nd time we have booked through Treasure Realty and stayed at [rental property name removed] and the experience and ease of the entire process is great!

We've used Treasure Realty for our Topsail vacation rentals twice now and we're already booked again for next year! Great service, quality properties, we've always been very happy!

Lost an entire night and day on a weeks vacation and had to demand they come over to fix the situation so I would not lose the second day but they kept saying they had to talk to the owner before they could come and make any remedies. Before you can even come? What? My contract is with them not the owner which I mentioned to them but they said they had to wait... I did not pay that kind of money to babysit the house while I was at the beach. Worse yet it took them 89 days to tell me they were sorry. This after I had spent two previous summers with them and had no issues? I guess you truly don't know someone until you go through a little adversity. Epic fail... terrible customer service! Never again!

Worst customer service I have ever received, would not recommend for anyone to rent from this company. While our house had multiple issues, the biggest safety concern was that our hot tub had a live electrical circuit running through the water and five people were electrocuted. When we called multiple times we received no response until 48 hours. Treasure Realty was not phased with the issue and gave us a $260 refund thinking that it will make up for the 5 people getting electrocuted. Awful house, awful customer service, awful business. Will never be renting again.

We had an amazing week on North Topsail. (July 15-22, 2017) The weather started out a little rainy, but plenty of sunshine by the end of the week. I would highly recommend Treasure Realty to friends and family. We had a great time!! Thanks for an easy check in and out process.

We had a great experience with Treasure Realty. Although they were extremely busy, the staff was so friendly and professional. Our condo was everything we hoped for and we are so pleased. We are returning next year around the same time and Treasure Realty is where we plan to rent from. Thanks for helping make our vacation so wonderful!
