Incredible!! As a realtor, Host & Home has taken incredible care of our clients who are looking for investment properties and looking for a management company. They jumped on a call with our clients early in the process...before they ever even purchased a property. They played a crucial part in helping our client decide on the perfect property that would rent well and also be an incredible place to stay for guests and vacationers! They also provide a stellar service to both the owner and the guests! If you are a realtor, you absolutely have to get Host & Home involved with your clients looking to invest. Our family had a great stay at 405 Shipmaster! We loved the welcome basket with snacks, wine, and flowers upon our arrival. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed, the space is roomy and modern, and several beach items like towels, toys, chairs, and a wagon made going to the beach easy. A pack&play, high chair, and baby/toddler eating utensils made it very convenient during our stay with a toddler. The Shipyard community is clean, friendly, and located close to everything needed in Hilton Head. We highly recommend and hope to come back for another visit soon!

We stayed at 113 Island House in Hilton Head by Host & Home. The villa is beautiful, spacious, extremely clean, and fully stocked with all the necessities including toiletries, dish and laundry detergent, trash bags, salt and pepper, coffee, and more. They even left a wonderful basket with many snacks and wine! Bike rentals, beach chairs, and beach umbrella were complementary as well. Truly amazing vacation rental and top notch service. We will return without a doubt.

Host & Home is by far the best experience we've ever had in 13 years of coming to Hilton Head. Every team member we talked with was beyond kind, caring and so considerate. The owner reached out to us several times to make sure we were happy and see if we needed anything. The house, 50 Stoney creek, is gorgeous, clean and so family friendly. It feels like home, being that the place you stay can make or break your vacation. Thank you Host and Home for making our vacation so wonderful!

Beautiful home in an incredible area called Sea Pines. Lots of room for large families or large group. The only issue I had was getting hooked into their guest wi-fi system. Could not get it to work. Luckily cell service was good there. We really enjoyed our stay at this fantastic property.

Absolutely ***** 5 stars! Loved 3 Talon Hilton Head! We walked with the kids to the beach, swam in the heated pool and rode bikes in the quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean, had comfy beds and was really well equipped for our vacation! There was plenty of privacy for our group of 8 (and a baby) - including a screened in porch and another porch with rocking chairs and a swing. The kids loved the pool and outdoor tv for movie night. It was definitely a value! Host and Home was 5* from start to finish! Highly recommend!

10/10 ***** girls weekend! 3 Talon HHI was perfect for our girls weekend! The home was a short walk to the beach for sunset cocktails. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy and we had plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to hang out. Loved the pool, screened in porch, swing and rocking chairs. This house was a find! Host+Home was helpful and checked to make sure we had everything we needed for an awesome get away. We'll be back!

A beautiful property with a breathtaking view. The home is spacious and private, located on a cul-de-sac in a great location in Shipyard Plantation in Hilton Head Island, SC. Host and Home staff did an outstanding job taking care of our needs and quickly responded to any questions we had. We will definitely use this very professional team again for our future rental needs.

We had a great stay at the home we rented on Hilton Head Island. We had three generations from different parts of the country get together, and the house was exceptionally comfortable for everyone. We enjoyed the lovely gift basket and noticed and appreciated the fresh flowers! There was a fun game room, and it was definitely a hit! I wish I could give my stay at 1 Azalea St and experience with Host and Home more than 5 stars!! My family and I rented this beautiful and spacious home to celebrate a multitude of festivities. We were all (12 of us) able to comfortably stay in this home with adequate privacy, closet space, and shared areas. The home was stocked with everything from a multitude of plate ware/glassware, games, blankets, serving platters and more. The home had everything we could have ever thought of, needed, or wanted. The pool, hot tub, spacious yard, and screened in porch enabled the fun to last all day regardless of weather! Our family loved the convenience and proximity of the beach. The covered and protected path directly adjacent to the house allowed for an extra level of comfort and accessibility for family members of all ages making the short walk to the beach. The property management team was excellent and could not be more accommodating. The house was accurately described, spotlessly cleaned, and fully stocked with everything we asked for. Team was easy to work with, professional , and responsive.
