The condo was was perfect. The pool was right down around the corner from the condo. We could walk to the general store and ride our bikes down to the beach. The condo was supplied with everything we needed. They even Provided starter items: toilet paper, trash bags, laundry pods and dishwashing soap. We enjoyed the deck and there was a grill that we used for cooking a couple meals. The living room had great couches. Perfect for eight people. Plenty of room for everybody to sit in the living room and watch TV. We love to play cards. The dining table fit all of us. Also, was dog friendly, and that was an absolute plus to bring our dogs. We also used the free passes for golf, miniature golf and the lighthouse. We will certainly rent again. Looking forward to going back.

We recently stayed at this beautiful beach house, 30 Stoney Creek Road in Sea Pines, through Beach Properties of Hilton Head and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The location was absolutely fantastic, situated right on the golf course and just a short walk to the charming Harbor Town shops. The house itself was immaculate and well-appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a swimming pool! We loved the spacious layout, which was perfect for our family, and the stunning views of the golf course from the back patio were a highlight of our mornings. The proximity to the beach was another major plus. It was so convenient to be able to enjoy the sand and sea whenever we wanted, and then retreat back to the tranquility of the house. We also appreciated the easy access to Harbor Town. The shops, restaurants, and marina there added so much to our vacation experience. Overall, this beach house exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend using Beach Properties of Hilton Head to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in a prime location!

We had an amazing vacation at 3408 Windsor South! Absolutely beautiful condo with all the amenities. Bonus to have such beautiful views of the ocean and all the gorgeous courtyards and pool area. Even got to experience daily visits by deer, rabbits and turtles in the pond.

3 Driftwood Lane was not supposed to be our final destination on June 22, 2024, we were contracted for a home on Dune Lane that became uninhabitable Friday into Saturday. We were offered 2 open rentals and 3 Driftwood Lane was one of them. My family immediately embraced what we viewed from email links I was sent by a Beach Properties Representative. We entered the property after a day of travel and we immediately fell in love with our new home away from home for the week! 3 Driftwood Lane could not have been more perfect for our family and my two little grandsons. The home was fresh, welcoming and ever so homey! The little guys were loving the open. Floor plan and so were we. It was wonderful to have enough seating for us 7 adults and two toddlers. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms were more than accommodating from fresh linens to just about any of our needs. We enjoyed our pool at arms length and the beach truly was only steps away! We may not have had the ocean views, but we never noticed! We loved 3 Driftwood Lane so much I have already booked our family vacation for next year, same place same week!! I would be remiss if I did not give a grateful shout out to Beach Properties for immediately stepping up to the plate and solving what could have turned into a rough week into a most enjoyable family vacation! The staff could not have been more accommodating and responsive to our needs! Thank you Beach Properties and 3 Driftwood Lane for a family fun filled week of lasting memories! Beach Properties made it easy for us vacation. Not only was the process smooth they also delivered. We loved the house we rented, the amenities and the beach. When trash collection missed their normal days and I notified them of the issue they communicated quickly and got it taken care of that day. We will rent from them again.

Made reservations and paid in full. Was to arrive in 4 days. Received a call the owner didnt want to rent that week and they cancelled my reservation and refunded my money. Had I cancelled I wouldve been charged $500! They did not have to pay me anything abd I was out a family vacation!!!! They would not even offer me a discount on another room!!! 4 days before we were to arrive from out of state! June 2024

My wife and I had a wonderful beach vacation at 453 Captain’s Walk at Hilton Head Island! The staff of Beach Properties provided excellent care in helping us rent the unit and responded promptly to a service need that we encountered during our stay. The ocean view from the unit was spectacular and Captain’s Walk is centrally located to all of the Island’s activities and amenities. We loved our time there and would return there again.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. What was especially nice was the multiple King/Queen beds. The view of the dunes and the deer families that reside there was very serene. The unit was nicely furnished and had everything we needed for our stay minus a couple of kitchen utensils but that is perfectly ok. We all LOVED it and would stay here again and again…AND AGAIN!

We had an amazing family vacation at the beautiful 1 Brigantine! The house was just the right size for all of our family to be comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, daily bike rides, the short walk to the beach, playing games on the 1 rainy day, and family meals each night. The property manager was so welcoming to us. He made us feel right at home. We can't wait to come back next year!

If you want an unforgettable beach destination I would definitely recommend Beach Properties. Their condo was absolutely stunning! It was truly one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at. The unit was impeccably clean and provided so many useful amenities for the guest. The location was also a big selling point. You are close to so many restaurants and activities. Even if you stayed within the grounds of the property you would have so much to do. I could not recommended this company enough! I will definitely be back in the future!

By booking directly with Beach Properties instead of VRBO we saved $400. The property at 11 Myrtle Lane was excellent. Hot tub- heated with no extra fee. Pool but not heated. 4 bedrooms including a mother in law suite downstairs. Jacuzzi tub in master bedroom.

We've rented from Beach Properties of Hilton Head several times and have had a wonderful experience each time. The booking process is easy. Check-in was a breeze and the properties immaculate. When we've had a minor issue, the maintenance team came quickly and the problem was resolved. All very professional. Will definitely use again.

We found our two week stay, a great time of relaxation, well kept pool and surroundings. The Beach Properties staff was always available to help. The condo was nicely maintained and had start products as well amble supply of towels and sheets, if needed. Excellent time!

Enjoyed the one bedroom condo and loved the proximity to the beach! Condo was quiet, comfortable and very clean with tropical garden view and a bit of the ocean as well! We liked the easy checkin at 4 pm - everything worked as expected! We would definitely consider renting this condo again! Hope that the owners update the bath fixtures before our next visit!

We had a great time on Hilton Head Island this year! Captain's Walk 484 was a very quiet condo above it all! Beautiful view of the ocean day and night! Beach Properties was very attentive to our needs and wants. They are very nice, caring people. I would whole heartily recommend them and their properties to you on Hilton Head.

This was my family's first stay with Beach Properties of Hilton Head. Our stay was June 13th through June 18th. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The home was beautiful, clean, and had several amenities. The private pool and hot tub was amazing. The home is just minutes away walking distance to the beach, shopping, and dining. My family had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning.

510 Queens Grant was comfortable and spacious! Loved having a first floor master bedroom with the children's rooms upstairs, especially having teenagers. A very welcoming home. Booking with Beach Properties of Hilton Head was a breeze! The team was in touch with us to ensure we had an easy check-in and to address any questions or concerns we had as we got to know the property. Team members were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We love Hilton Head and we will definitely rent 510 again and look forward to working with Beach Properties.
