I was very fortunate to meet Robbie and work with his team at Hilton Head Properties for my first Hilton Head Island vacation experience. My daughter and I loved our beachfront condo, being just a few steps from the ocean, was perfect. The unit was super clean, furnished well, comfy, had a great layout, and it was the perfect amount of space for us. Their communication from start to finish was seamless, thorough, and not a detail was forgotten. The check in and check out process was easy, and stress-free. Another great thing about Hilton head properties was that with your vacation stay you get free bike rentals, golf, and a variety of other excursions to enjoy. We can't wait to go back and will not use any other real estate company! Highly recommend and thank you again Robbie and team!

We had a great experience at the condo we rented at the last minute. They were able to give us flexible dates instead of the whole week. They were excellent communicators and checked on us during our stay. They specifically asked us to let them know about anything that needed attention or repair so they could address it. I loved that they had a stack of at least six beach towels for us to use - all we had to do was wash them at the end of our stay (or you can purchase them). We left an item in the condo which their cleaners found and turned into their office and they will take care of shipping it to us. We will definitely book directly with them on our next trip to HHI.

What a beautiful and safe location for my family. The grounds are gorgeous and maintained daily. Amazing wild life to view on the property and around the island. The beach is a short walk from the pools. Get up early to see the turtles traveling to lay their eyes.

We can't recommend enough, everything about our stay was lovely. The home was clean and comfortable for lounging as well as comfy beds for sleeping. We enjoyed spectacular sunrise views every morning with our coffee, not to mention a beautiful view of the ocean where we saw dolphins and several firework shows along the beach right from our balcony. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Y'all. When I say our stay was fantastic, it's really an understatement. My family had a fantastic time in our unit. It was spacious and comfortable, really felt like a home away from home. The outdoor balcony is where we spent the majority of our time when we were in the unit. The walk to the beach wasn't too bad, so no complaints here. I didn't take many pictures of the inside of the condo but I got a few on the spiral staircase off the balcony. I did take a picture of the soap because I thought it was cute how small it was! They left us with individual soaps and shampoos for the shower, if needed. Definitely recommend booking with this company because you won't be disappointed. Thank you for making our vacation complete

Great location right on the fabulous Hilton Head Island beach! Pool and spa were an added bonus. House clean and spacious for 12 of us. Does have a few minor maintenance issues, which I will pass along to the property mgmt co. A few kitchen appliances could use update. But worth the rental fee for such a great location! Felt safe in a good neighborhood!
