Everyone in the office is helpful and responsive. And our rental was just perfect. I recommend 100% working with Fran Maxon for vacation rentals! We will go through them again - and will recommend them to all of our friends and family.

Booking was easy and staff was responsive. Property we stayed in on Ana Maria was well kept and comfortable and in a great location on the island. Greatly enjoyed our weekend getaway.

We recently booked a rental home for a week vacation through Fran Maxon on Anna Maria Island. We had a great experience with Fran Maxon, from the booking process right up until the end. Upon booking, I had questions about the property that were answered via email within hours. And during our stay we had an issue with the garbage disposal that was seen to within hours, practically minutes of reporting it. We couldn't find the remote for the ceiling fan, so Fran Maxon immediately brought over a flor fan! Lovely house and outstanding service. We would use them again to book a vacation.

The Fran Maxon Real Estate, Inc team are wonderful. Unfortunately, my fiance and I had to cancel our vacation rental due to the pandemic. We are thankful that Stephanie and Sasha were always quick to respond, extremely understanding about the situation, and genuinely kind. Once things settle down we look forward to working with the Fran Maxon Real Estate, Inc team again!
