Anna Maria Vacations

This was our first time booking with Anna Maria Vacations since we’ve been coming the last 19 years and we will definitely be booking with them again. We stayed at Independence Day which was a beautiful home! Our favorite property to date!!! It was a seamless check in & check out. Customer Service was top notch. We’ll be back next summer!

The Blue Oasis house fit our needs perfectly! It was decorated very cute and was clean upon arrival. It had everything we needed for a great stay. We did have a couple of items needing repair (broken shower head and window) noted upon checkin but they had someone out to evaluate the next day. The company was attentive and helpful when we contacted them. The pool is a little small but it was fine for the 3 of us to relax in after a day at the beach. The washer and dryer are handy to have as well. It’s 0.25mi from front door to the ocean (access 55th street) and had a cart available for use which was nice. We walked to Dominoes our first night and to the Ugly Grouper for dinner done night. It’s also close to shopping and food if you want to walk instead of drive. There were some sand toys if you have little ones. My only advice would be to have higher thread count sheets from the laundry service as ours were rough even the first night with no sun exposure. Would stay there again regardless and we’ve used AMV (or a sister company) for all our rentals for several years with no problems and excellent service!

Anna Maria Vacations communicated very well throughout the week and checked in on us 2 or 3 times to see if we needed anything. The condo was actually ready early and they texted us. We had no issues. It was very clean. We had a great stay we will definitely book with them again, And pricing was great.

The House was spacious and beautiful. We had water view from the 2nd and 3rd floor deck, enjoyed sunrise every morning while drinking coffee. Pool was great. Very easy walk to the beach. The beach itself would rate 11 out of 10. So the overall experience of Bayblue house stay is 10/10, would definitely come back.

Probably our most favorite rental over the 15+ years we’ve been coming to Anna Maria Island. The furnishings and decor were beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked for any type of meals. Beach amenities helped make the walk a breeze with the wagon! The only downfall (which was quickly overlooked because of all the pluses it had to offer) was that you had to use the circular stairwell to get to the pool area and no entrance to main living area from garage or game room. We offer only a few suggestions to make things a little easier for the next vacationers. Having an insert in the booklet with more instructions on both TVs (inside and outside) and the hot tub seemed to take over 30 minutes to actually get warm so it might be nice to mention that for reference. Other than that, we would definitely choose to return.

We have been visiting Anna Maria for over 40 year's and love the Island. However, this short weekend away was wonderful. This properties location, accessibility and accommodations were exceptional. For a short stay I was actually able to relax, which is rare. Strongly recommend this property

Our unit (7B) was absolutely amazing. very short walk to the water, very helpful staff, (Dave was great). We will definitely be back

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at View of the Gulf! The house had everything we needed for our family vacation. The pool area is amazing. Short walk to the ocean is also a plus. The rental agency personnel were friendly and quick to respond to questions and a couple of minor maintenance issues. I highly recommend if you're looking to vacation on Anna Maria Island!

We recently stayed in one of the rental houses, Calypso Cottage, managed by Anna Maria Vacations. While the property itself was okay, our displeasure is with the management company itself. We arrived late Saturday evening. When we started our day Sunday, we realized there was a disgusting odor coming from the kitchen sink (the side the garbage disposal was on). We called the property management company that morning and later that day someone came to look at it. He put ice in the disposal. It temporarily worked, but later that evening the smell came back quite strong. It was strong throughout the entire house. As soon as the management company opened Monday morning my husband called. At this point Anna Maria Vacations should have realized the property was in need of a plumber. However, there was no sense of urgency on their part. It wasn't until mid-afternoon that someone from the company arrived. This person sprayed lysol, looked into it and then said they would need to have a professional come work on it. Again, no sense of urgency. We waited and lived with a horrible stench until mid-day Tuesday. I again called. At that time, I spoke with someone who did contact a plumber and he arrived shortly thereafter. It turns out the sewer vent under the sink was stuck open allowing the sewer gas to backup into the house. The plumber discovered this and replaced a part that fixed it. By coincidence he was working on installing an outdoor shower in the house behind ours (I commented on seeing a van like his at the house behind us). He said when he got the call (which was after he had left their property) he thought it had something to do with the shower. The reason I point this out, based on our conversation, it became obvious that the management company did not contact him until late Tuesday afternoon. We have stayed in the Anna Maria area 3 past summers and various parts of the gulf coast for the past 10 years. We have never encountered a management company this poorly ran. Each person that entered commented on how bad the odor was, of course it was bad it was sewer gas. While I understand things happen with houses, the fact that we had to live with sewer gas for 3 days due to the company not wanting to spend the money to call a plumber or just not caring (can't really know what their thought process was there) is unacceptable. It wasn't just an unpleasant odor it was intolerable. Words alone can not express my disgust with Anna Maria Vacations.

We stayed at Southern Breeze 2 on the island for a week in July, and really enjoyed the property! Everything was located very close to where we stayed, and we were able to walk to and from Bean Point, daily! The beach isn't packed nearly as much as other Florida beaches, which is perfect for families with children! The property was in excellent condition, clean, and quiet! The pool was nice to cool off in during the day, or late in the evenings. The living area furniture is very comfortable as are the 2 king sized beds with nice crisp, clean linens. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed as far as cookware, utensils, plates, cups and bowls. The home did have a dishwasher although we didn't use it ourselves, it was a nice thing to have. The water was always hot for showering, and having the laundry room next to us and was very convenient! We're a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 small children) and we had the best time, with plenty of living space for us all! We will definitely be back! I highly recommend this property for families!

The Mango Breeze house was amazing. Clean, light and airy. All the dishes, towels, beach wagon, beach umbrellas, coolers, beach bikes and much more we needed to make it home for the week. Loved the pool and tiki bar. Also, just a short walk down the street to the beach. So many fun stores, bars n restaurants! I'll be back again next year for visit #4.
