Anna Maria Island Accommodations

We’ve stayed at the same AMI Accommodations property for two years in a row and we couldn’t be happier with our visit! “Sun Daze” is the perfect size for our family of four and the private pool is a huge plus! It was also exactly as pictured on the website, extremely clean, and had very comfortable beds! We had one minor issue with the kitchen faucet and it was promptly repaired by a professional plumber! We chose the same property because of the proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shops! We rented a golf cart through Zoom Around and I highly recommend if you want an easy way to cruise around the island! AMI Accommodations is a wonderful company. Their customer service is top notch and they offer a wide variety of properties to meet your needs! We love AMI and we’re already looking forward to our trip next summer!

Our stay at Starfish Beach house was just what we needed for a perfect AMI vacation. The home was in a great location with short walks to the bay, the gulf, restaurants and shopping. The house was just as promised with all the amenities. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable. There was a great kitchen, a dining room and spacious living area. The pool was perfect for us. It wasn’t real deep (max 5’) and we all enjoyed the shade from the many palm trees in the yard. Thanks for a perfect AMI retreat!!

My husband and I visited in July 2024 with our adult children. This house is nestled in a private cul-de-sac on the bay, just two blocks from the beach. We rented bikes from Beach Bums, which were conveniently delivered to and picked up from the house, allowing us to bike into town in just 5-10 minutes. The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully organized for a comfortable stay. Upon arrival, we found plenty of storage space, making it easy to unpack and settle in. My only suggestion would be to replace the 3-drawer nightstand with a tall dresser for more storage, especially for adults staying in the bedroom with twin beds. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials, so we hardly needed the items we had brought. The backyard felt like a private island paradise, with a stunning rock pool and hot tub surrounded by lush palms that provided ample shade. Our favorite spot was the dock, where we enjoyed our morning coffee while watching fish, a visiting heron, and even a manatee swim by. A few minor issues, such as the grill having only two working burners and a broken pool skimmer, were promptly addressed with a single text. Within hours, a person arrived with a replacement grill and skimmer, fixing everything quickly. This prompt response was followed by a phone call to ensure everything was in order and that we were satisfied—amazing customer service! Overall, this was an outstanding and memorable family vacation. We were thoroughly impressed with the excellent accommodations and exceptional customer service. We would definitely rent here again!

This was a wonderful place to stay! Great place for a big family to stay. We can't wait to go back next year. The house is amazing and the pool/ patio area is so awesome. The beach is only a block away and it is beautiful. Grocery store and shopping places are walkable distance. We only had one issue with a TV roku and they came over right away and fixed it. Very responsive to any issue. Thank you for having us :)

The house is Beautiful. Very large wonderful bedrooms. We used every balcony. The outdoor space and pool was amazing. We spent a lot of time at the lower level outdoor space that is under shelter. Very short walk to the beach which had gorgeous white sandy beaches and perfect water and waves. Lots of cute shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would love to go back again.

We stayed twice with Anna Maria Accommodations, just returning from our recent trip. The property was absolutely gorgeous and AMI is beautiful! We have used many vacation management companies in the past and I must say the folks at Anna Maria Accommodations are one of the best if not the best company we have ever used. They are so incredibly responsive during your stay and do everything to ensure you have the best rental experience. Thank you to the staff, you truly are amazing! What an amazing beach house! Completely remodeled cottage with an amazing open plan kitchen/living room area. Only a few steps from the Gulf with no roads to cross. The outdoor pool and bar made it a very special place to stay. Highly recommended!

Stunning accommodations on Anna Maria Island, just an amazing beach cottage that has everything you need! Completely redone and up to date with all the brand new amenities. The kitchen is to die for, a destination island that will accommodate a large family or just some drinks, gorgeous!! We will be back again and again. If you’re looking to rent on AMI, this is your home away from home and 1 block from the beach we all look for. There is a pool with a covered tiki bar with a tv, all rooms have tv’s very comfortable beds. This house is well taken care of and spotless. I could go on and about this place, we love it.

Best FL vacation spot! House is perfect for a crowd, easy access to beach, store and restaurants. We had no issues but management was periodically checking in, just in case. No complaints, suggestions or criticisms. Thank you for a great stay.

The home was nicely decorated and spacious. Landscaping beautiful and the trees in the backyard are wonderful. The beds were comfortable and linens adequate, could have used a few more bath towels. The outdoor bar area was my families favorite hangout at night, we had two manatees right off the dock one night. Nice heavy duty deck furniture. Private beach across the road was very convenient for paddle boarding and looking for shells though there was a lot of sea grass on the beach there. Now for the not so good: microwave broke 36 hours in we did get a countertop replacement. The pool was scheduled to be serviced Tuesday and they did not come until Thursday afternoon so basically 9 days from the previous cleaning it was pretty dirty. We had a golf cart and a resident three doors down almost hit us because we were only going 25 (the speed limit) she passed us aggressively and skidded on the speed hump toward our cart. A second garbage can is greatly needed as we tan out of room all week. A lot of locals don't care for vacationers and show their dislike. Would I rent this house again, yes.
