Terrible! Terrible! Terrible!! Poor customer service and maintenance procedures!!! We checked in Friday afternoon with no hot water in the shower. Followed their maintenance procedures of sending an email AND sending a text message...... Did not get a response that night. The next day..... Nothing!!! I called them again that evening and they responded with "we'll add you to the list". Shortly after the phone call I get several text messages asking me to verify the issue, then nothing!!! They never showed to fix the shower!!!! UPDATE: Based on TideLife response.... Communication of email received and maintenance visit on Saturday was not relayed to us. Upon returning from golf Saturday night, the problem was not fixed, hence the call to the after hours number. The subsequent texts from maintenance were not troubleshooting texts, they were confirming what the problem was with zero fix options. I expected them to come out and fix. They never did and didn't respond further that evening.

We really enjoyed our stay at TB-3D. The unit was spotless and the decor so welcoming. Plenty of room for everyone. In unit laundry was a plus. The property was beautifully landscaped and quiet. Nice views from the screened porch overlooking the pond. I would definitely recommend staying here on your next vacation!

Golf trip to Pawley's Island with some friends. Staying in a beautiful beach house. We had an issue with loss of hot water. Called Tidelife and got a quick response. Max showed up and went above and beyond to get our issue corrected. A1 customer service!

Such a great stay at Pawley Plantation Unit 39-1! A fantastic location close to all local attractions on a lovely golf course and property. Afforded us a great weekend visit with our local Pawley Island friends. Thank you for a lovely place to stay. It appears that the unit has recently been renovated & is nicely furnished the kitchen is well equipt with all the things you need to cook while you our at your stay there.

Tidelife Vacation was wonderful to rent through! We had a few minor problems, and they were expedient in solving our issues. Great service and a beautiful, well kept home. I will definitely rent through TideLife again!!

Beats home and well accommodated except for tv’s in bedrooms and air upstairs. Other than that. Very nice place

Awesome customer service very friendly and informative about the area.Our family rented Pleasant Place going into the Labor Day holiday and the property was great!! Very spacious for a family of 12 and the pool a definite plus. The family can't wait for the next vacation.
