The Dieter Company is such a pleasure to work with to schedule your vacation rental. They always communicate in a very timely fashion and are so willing to help in anyway. Our rental was ready early so they sent a text message letting me know! What a pleasant surprise. It was so nice to walk in and have all beds made and towels in place. Let the fun begin!!

Have stayed with Dieter for over 10 years in same property, same week. However, in recent years service has declined. This year: washer quit mid week, called and told would repair next day. Leave tomorrow and still not repaired. Also had a leaky window during torrential downpour. Called and said to “put down towels” and would come out next morning. Never showed up or called. TV cable service is spotty. Just not happy with their responsiveness and to be so loyal for 10+ years is sad. Responsiveness has been dismal and for nearly $6k per week would have expected better. Creek House rental.

The staff was attentive and friendly. There was an issue with our vacation rental that was compensated for. Litchfield by the sea is a beautiful community and we will be back!!!

We have rented with Dieter Company for many years now. It’s always been the same place it always feels like home when we walk in. The staff is so great to work with. We have worked with Jackie and Elliot the past few years. Any time we had an issue it was resolved immediately. We appreciate the personal feeling it’s like a friend that you are talking to. We have vacationed at Litchfield beach and golf resort for 11 years. We stayed at our families condo on heron marsh and then we moved to the shipyard condos. We have used 2 different realty companies , and Dieter is the only one we will use. Their staff is very friendly , easy to work with , on top of things , and they must work with the condo owners because they have the nicest condos , clean, good furniture and beds. I highly recommend them .
