• What are the hours of operation for the community outdoor pool and hot tub?
  The community outdoor pool and hot tub are open for use 7 days a week, 10am - 10pm.
• During what hours can the tennis courts be used?
  The tennis courts are available for play between the hours of 8am and 10pm, or as otherwise posted on the bulletin board at the tennis gazebo.
• What community amenities will I have access to when staying at a Tidewater vacation rental?
  As a guest at Tidewater Resort, you'll have access to: golf course, driving range, fitness center, 4 different tennis courts (2 asphalt, 2 clay), community outdoor pool and a community outdoor hot tub.
• If I have a guest(s) visit me during my stay, how will they enter the community if it's gated?
  Tidewater Plantation has a 24/7 guarded security gate at the main entrance to the community. In order for your guest(s) to be allowed in, you'll need to call the guard gate in advance and provide them with the following information: your name, the address of your vacation rental, the name of your guest, and how long they'll be staying. Once your guest(s) arrive at the guard gate, they will be provided a visitor's parking pass. If you are a renter at Tidewater, you are NOT permitted to bring your guests into any of the Tidewater amenities.

  The different communities and neighborhoods located within Tidewater Plantation are: Lighthouse Village (single-family homes), Courtyard Park (single-family homes), The Bluffs (single-family homes), Clubhouse Villas (condos), Harbor Loft (single-family homes), South Island (single-family homes), Lighthouse Point Villas (condos), Heron Lake Villas (condos), Teal Lake Village (condos) and Tidewater Ridge (townhomes).
• What time is check in at Tidewater Plantation?
  The check in time will vary, based on the specific vacation rental you choose. Generally, check in begins around 3 PM.

  The check out time will vary, based on which condo you book. Generally, you can expect check out time to be around 10 AM.
• How many parking passes do I get when staying at Tidewater Plantation?
  The number of parking passes you will receive at check-in will depend on the size of the condo you rent. Generally, you'll be allowed 1 parking pass per bedroom. However, in some circumstances, when renting a 4 bedroom condo you may be limited to a maximum of 3 parking passes. If you need an additional parking pass you can make that request during the check-in and registration process with the property management company or owner.
