We're excited to welcome The Sapphire to North Myrtle Beach. With an expected completion date sometime in 2020, The Sapphire condominium complex aims to bring a southern mix of modern and luxury.

Located at the 34th block of Ocean Boulevard in Windy Hill, the new building will stand 5-stories tall with 23 privately-owned condos that can be used for a permanent residence or serve as a vacation home rental. Although The Sapphire won't be located directly on the beachfront, the developer of the project states that the condos will have excellent ocean views within a short walking distance to the beach.
